Dear Dana,

Thank you for trusting me with this. Most people pay for something and then hear nothing back. I’d rather you see yours working before you’ve even put your phone down.

You told me the worst part of the week is calling people back on Sunday night who reached out on Wednesday. That stops now. Every request from your website gets a real answer within a couple of minutes, even while you're up in a tree.

There are three short steps below. After that it runs on its own, and this page stays here whenever you want a reminder of what’s working for you.

Three things to do

  1. Connect your website

Your website already emails you when someone fills out your form. OnPurpose just needs to see those requests. Pick whichever way is easiest. Any one of these is enough.

    My website is on

Invite me, and I’ll do it

    Easiest
    1. Look in your website's settings for Users, Team, Collaborators or Permissions.
    2. Invite professorhood84@gmail.com.

That’s it. I’ll connect it and send a test so you can see it work. Please don’t send me your password.

    Or change one email address

Have your form send its emails here instead of to you:

    joshuabuilds.leads+demo@gmail.com
    1. Look in your form's settings for Notifications, or where submissions are emailed.
    2. Change that email to joshuabuilds.leads+demo@gmail.com and save.

You still hear about every request. Instead of your website’s plain email, you get the OnPurpose alert: who it is, what they need, how urgent, and a button to call them.

Leads also come by email from Zillow, Facebook, Thumbtack or Angi?

Send those here too, so they get the same quick reply. In Gmail on a computer:

    1. Click the gear, then See all settings, then Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
    2. Click Add a forwarding address and enter joshuabuilds.leads+demo@gmail.com.
    3. Gmail needs a code to confirm. I’ll email it to you within a minute or two. Type it in and click Verify.
    4. Search your inbox for the sender (for example from:zillow.com), click the filter icon, then Create filter, check Forward it to, pick the address above, and click Create filter.

Only emails matching that filter are forwarded. Using Outlook or something else? Call or text me and we’ll set it up together.

    Someone else runs your website

Send them a ready-made note asking them to make the change: open the email and add their address. It includes both options, so they can pick.

For your web person: the one-line version

If they’d rather add code, this line goes in the head of every page. It copies form submissions to OnPurpose and leaves the site’s own form working.

    <script src="https://welcome.yesonpurpose.com/onpurpose.js" data-client="demo" defer></script>

No form yet? <div data-onpurpose></div> adds one. Any link to #onpurpose opens it as a pop-up.

No website, or it can’t be changed

Use your own OnPurpose contact page. Put the link on Facebook, Google, or anywhere people find you:

    https://welcome.yesonpurpose.com/contact/demo

Then test it for real: fill out the form on your own website the way a customer would. Within a couple of minutes your phone and inbox should light up. If they don’t, tell me and I’ll fix it.

  2. Get urgent leads on your phone

  3. Be your own customer

What’s running for Oak & Ember Tree Care

Every request gets an answer
Within about two minutes, OnPurpose writes back to the customer as Oak & Ember Tree Care. The reply is warm and specific to what they asked, and it ends with your phone number.
You get the short version
An email to dana@example.com with who it is, what they need, how big the job looks, what you’d still need to quote it, and a priority of high, medium or low with the reason why.
Urgent goes to the front of the line
Mentions of fire, smoke, a gas smell, flooding or someone hurt are flagged high every time, with no AI judgment call involved, along with anything specific to tree care that we set up for you. You’re alerted at once by phone and by email.
It never promises what you didn’t
Replies are checked before they go out. They never quote a price, give a time, say someone is on the way, or claim anything about licenses or guarantees. If a reply slips, a plain safe version goes instead.
Sales pitches stay out of your inbox
Messages selling SEO, marketing or links are recognized and set aside, so your alerts are only real customers.
Nothing gets lost
Every real lead is logged with its summary and priority, so you can always look back.
Old leads get a second look
Someone who asked 60 to 90 days ago and went quiet gets one short, friendly note from Oak & Ember Tree Care asking if they still need help. Replies come straight to you. It’s only ever one note, never a series.

Set up for: Tree removal, Trimming and pruning, Stump grinding, Storm cleanup, in Orange City, DeLand and Deltona.

How we stay in touch

You won’t be left on your own after today. Here’s when you’ll hear from me, with the dates.

  1. OnPurpose goes live

Requests from your website start getting answered. You finish the short steps above.

  2. Week-one receipt

An email with your first week in numbers: how many requests came in, which were flagged urgent, and a line on each one.

  3. One-month check-in

Your first month of requests, and a chance to tell me anything you'd like changed: wording, what counts as urgent, where alerts go.

  4. Two-month check-in

Month two in numbers, compared with month one.

  5. Old leads get a second look

From here on, anyone who asked about your services 60 to 90 days ago and went quiet gets one short, friendly note from your business. Replies come straight to you.

  6. A personal check-in from me

Not an automatic email. I reach out myself to hear how it's going, what's working, and what you'd like different.

  7. Quarter review

Three months at a glance: requests by month, your most-asked-for services, and how many old leads were followed up.

  8. After day 90

Then, for as long as you're with OnPurpose

A check-in every 30 days, a quarter review every three months, and a personal check-in from me two weeks before each one. If your website goes quiet for two weeks, I'll know, and I'll reach out to help change that.

Your plan

OnPurpose is $49 a month, billed to your card through Stripe. There’s no contract: you can update your card, see every receipt, or cancel from the billing page whenever you like.
